Save the date for Fremont PTAβs first ever Trunk or Treat happening Friday, Oct 30/ 5-7:30 pm.
TRUNK HOST VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! (By grade)*
Want to join the fun as a trunk host? We need families, friend groups, to deck out their trunks and hand out treats!
*We are recruiting by grade but if your grade is full, please contact us to make it work!
Host Requirements & Guidelines:
π Time Commitment: Volunteers must be available from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM on event day.

Host Requirements & Guidelines:
π Time Commitment: Volunteers must be available from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM on event day.
- 4:00 PM β 4:45 PM: Parking, setup, and decorating.
- 5:00 PM β 7:00 PM: Trunk or Treat event hours.
- 7:00 PM β 7:30 PM: Event conclusion and lot clear-out.
π Strict Safety Rule: Zero vehicle movement is permitted between 4:45 PM and 7:15 PM while families are in the blacktop playground. All vehicles must remain stationary for the duration of the event.
π¨ Bring the Fun: Trunks decorations ideas must be family-friendly and age appropriate!
